About the job:

Our team is growing and are currently looking for either an experienced Recruitment Account Manager or Recruitment Resourcer to join their already high performing team.

In this role you will take over a big portfolio of existing government and commercial clients and will be expected to manage and grow these accounts in the local area.

Responsibilities

360 end to end account management

Manage large client portfolios

Building relationships with business leaders/hiring managers

Responsible for growth of new business accounts

Negotiating terms of business with clients

Source candidates through various sourcing methods

About you:

At least two years recruitment experience in either a resourcer or 360 role

Ethical and honest, that delivers exceptional customer service

Excellent at building stakeholder relationships

Great attention to detail

Formal qualification will be an advantage

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
