Accountant

Aurec Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team.

The main objectives of the role are to:

Prepare timely and accurate end of month financial reports

Approve lodgement of BAS and returns

Ensure that credit card and petty cash transactions are reviewed and reconciled in a timely manner.

Ensure financial statements are prepared and audited in accordance with the required accounting

standards

Prepare the annual financial statements

Prepare and present the annual statutory budget

As an ideal applicant, you will have the following skills;

• 2 years experience

• Working knowledge of financial accounting systems

• Sound understanding of accounting principles

• Strong level communication skills with the desire to provide superior internal customer support

• CA, CPA or equivalent

Salary: $65,000- $85,000 plus superannuation
