Recruitment Administrator
Salary: From£18,825 to £20,000 (Depending on experience)
37.5 hours per week with paid overtime for evenings and weekends.

The Role:
To support a business wide compliance project, liaising with key stakeholders to build a compliant database of Qualified Nurses, Social Workers and Allied Health Professionals. Maintain safe practice by working in line with the Framework and Contractual Agreements of our clients and legislative requirements of the Qualified Professional temporary recruitment.
Providing accurate responses to compliance and audit queries for the business
Process registration forms and complete compliance calls with contractors, ensuring all questions and checks are completed in line with required time frames and deadlines
Coordinate DBS renewals via the DBS portal in a timely manner, ensuring updates are provided to key stakeholders
Requesting references from the appropriate refers as per the information provided by the contactor
Communicate with contractors regarding missing documentation and obtain all outstanding compliance within the timescales provided
Working closely with the sales consultants and liaising with them on a regular basis to understand candidate activity and required compliance
Effectively maintain candidate information on our internal database and ensure all communication is recorded and relevant documentation has been attached
Required skills or experience:
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards precise deadlines
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Competent IT skills with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft packages
Minimum of 6 months work experience (administration or customer service would be desirable)
