A Real Estate Management Company is seeking an:
Administrative Assistant
To provide administrative and secretarial support to management, other employees, and clients of the firm.
Job Duties
Handling administrative functions within the company
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
Accounting Tasks: Accounts receivables & Accounts payables
Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff members Plan company events
Create presentations for trainings & meetings Maintenance & editing of the company’s various social media
Assisting the Managing Director as needed with all projects and duties
Offering assistance to other managerial staff within the company
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma, Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Related Field
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to organize and plan own work
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
