Essential Duties
ØDirectly supervise a team of sales agents
ØWork efficiently to complete daily assignments with a goal of supporting real time coaching assistance to assigned agents
ØMonitor, evaluate and improve performance relative to key sales performance indicators and service levels
ØUnderstand and implement new information and procedures efficiently and professionally
ØProvide effective coaching for employees and be open to receive coaching and feedback from program management personnel
ØAbility to reinforce company policies to agents daily in an effort to ensure adherence, compliance and reduce violations
ØAbility to use available data and tools to make decisions and implement initiatives that support measurable results
ØCollaborate with senior leadership daily
ØPerform other related duties as required

Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
ØMinimum of 1 year BPO sales experience and demonstrated leadership skills
ØExcellent communication and customer service skills
ØAbility to analyze performance and behavioral issues rationally
ØDemonstrate effective coaching and development skills by observing, identifying and providing input to drive improved performance
ØMust be goal oriented by demonstrating the ability to work towards meeting individual and team goals
ØExhibit ownership and exercise consistency and accountability daily
ØSolutions oriented and able to work with others in solving problems and addressing issues
ØMust be flexible to work any day of the week and any shift during operational hours
