Job Overview
The SelecTrucks of America Business Process Manager will coordinate all transactions for internal, wholesale and export equipment sales between Daimler Truck Remarketing, SelecTrucks of America owned dealerships and outside customers.
Responsibilities
- The Business Process Manager is responsible for the daily administrative duties relating to the sales of trucks to internal and external outlets.
- Process all documents necessary for sale, including titling, accounting and registration
- Work with internal accounting departments to complete accruals. Work within audit guidelines provided by Daimler AG.
- Process titles between Daimler Truck Remarketing and final sale points.
- Maintain filing systems for internal and state/federal compliance.
- Monitor and process incoming payments.
- Ensure the proper safeguarding of sensitive customer information.
- Other administrative tasks as reasonably requested.
