The Client Insight Analyst is responsible for gathering, analysing and disseminating data regarding current and prospective clients/client segments, market, competitors, products/services and campaigns, to contribute to the measurement of performance and the strategic planning and execution process. The Analyst should have experience planning, coordinating and conducting where necessary various types of research and be able to work with manager to interpret the findings. The Analyst must also be highly competent in the execution of various types of data analysis including advanced data analysis skills such as predictive analytics or machine learning to work with the manager to guide the company in the use of the most appropriate data analysis methodology to achieve required insights for strategic decision making. This role will also support the Marketing Team in the identification and reporting of key performance indicators to assess the impact of the Marketing initiatives. The Client Insight Analyst will be assigned to client insight projects of medium complexity with well-defined or clear project scope.
