Company Commercial Solicitor - Our client, a large leading 500 Legal Hertfordshirefirm, has asked us to find them a further company commercial solicitor to join their team. This multi-disciplined practice that has gone from strength to strength are now looking at expanding their commercial section.

About the Role
You will be advising a range of clients including companies, partnerships, sole-traders and start-ups.
Joining a highly knowledgeable team; you will be working on a complex and sometimes high-profile caseload of commercial matters including:
- Commercial contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Company share and asset sales and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Investment agreements
- Share buy backs

Candidate Requirements
This firm prides itself on gaining a deep understanding of their client’s businesses and aspirations so that they can deliver a premium service. They are looking for an ambitious and motived lawyer who ideally has:
- 10+ years PQE
- Commercial acumen
- A keen interest in business development
