A company is now seeking a:
Compliance Assessor
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Work in partnership with departments to ensure understanding of job descriptions content, standards of performance expected and ensuring mutual understanding/compliance.
Conduct effective audit and control checks to ensure proper performance of tasks and adherence to timelines.
Act as a liaison with departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and other deadlines.
Schedule and organize activities including meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for members of the executive team.
Act as project manager for special projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
First degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity
Excellent communicator, resourceful, technology savvy and high positive energy
Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports
High degree of organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task with strict and/or unexpected deadlines
Problem assessment and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
