You will be a driver with a full clean licence as you would be expected to service clients from different office locations from time to time, albeit Grantham may be the "base" office for you.

With your interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, you will be happy to participate in marketing or networking events and push your own profile forward whilst using the brand name of the firm.

As a corporate law solicitor, you will be confident in dealing with a broad range of transactional and non-contentious matters including:

Mergers, acquisitions and buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate restructures and set-ups, partnership deeds, corporate governance, shareholders agreements, franchise agreement, sale and development, distribution agreements, intellectual property, corporate finance, data protection, construction law, commercial charity law and more.

Key attributes you will have from your training and post qualification experience will include the ability to manage your own caseload, having strong interpersonal skills, a clear understanding of various relevant rules and regulations, strong planning and organisational skills, ability to create and nurture relationships with people at all levels.
