Responsibilities
Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
Develop and manage cross-platform contentplans
Develop and manage production plans
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.Lead the creative conceptingand ideation process for online and offline marketing campaigns andinitiatives
Leadthe creative team to deliver on-brand and compelling content that supports business development and brandexpansion
Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
Align content and storytelling with brand values andattributes
Deliver fresh, premium, and best-in-class creative materials that can be applied across all consumer touchpoints.
Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels
Define best creative practices and standardswithin thedepartment
Writing, editing and proofreading content
Experience:The Creative Lead role will require a solid foundational knowledge across the following disciplines: visual design, content strategy, copywriting, brand strategy, video production,environmental design, and digital marketing & advertising strategies.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field
3+years experiencein creative/content production
Prior experience in marketing, brand and/or business development
Fluencyingraphic/visual design principles and tools
Previously worked in digital communications design
Expertiseindigital videoand graphiccontent best practicesfordigital platforms, along with understanding of traditional creativeproduction
Solid writing skills
Experience with video production management
