What will you be doing as a Support Services Manager?
Management of our support functions including the Candidate Care Customer Service team by providing ongoing support, guidance and mentoring direct reports
Ensuring that your teams provide exceptional levels of customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers
Performance management for the teams (daily flash meetings, monthly PDP’s, desk diagnostics, mentoring and coaching)
Hiring new members for the team in line with our growth plans and managing the onboarding experience for them
Design and Implement processes to maximise attraction, retention and placement of external candidates
Implementing strategies for the support services to keep pace with changes in our core markets or the demands and needs of the sales functions
