The ideal Director of SOX IT Audit candidate will have the following skills and experience:

-Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

-CPA Preferred

-Public accounting audit and/or corporate audit experience

-Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), ICFR planning

-Management experience

-Process development
