Casual Disability Support Worker The role - Provide direct care and support to individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities in a group home, respite centre and/or community setting
- Provide direct high levels of Medical Care and behaviour support
- Provide assistance with a range of activities including daily living, community participation, personal care and improved living skills
- DSW's experienced with disabled children, highly regarded

Essential/Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum Cert III in Disabilities (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years paid experience in the Disability Sector
- Experience working with challenging behaviours and understanding a Behaviour Support Plan
- Willingness to work across a rotating roster 24x7 including Active Night Shifts & Sleepovers
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one prior to commencement)
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one prior to commencement)
- Hold a current National Police Check, (or willing to obtain one prior to commencement)
- Hold a current Driver’s License
