The Divisional Manager’s primary role is to lead a transition in evolving our food and distribution division.To be successful in this role there needs to be focus on market development,team building and continuous improvement of systemstogrow our core business and diversification efforts. This portfolio exists topromote and expandCB Food’scommercial activities and generate revenues in a way that leads to sustainable growth and gratified customers.
This role reports into the CEO and sits on the Executive team which provides strategic direction to the Group
Manage asales and distribution footprint that currently spans locally and is positioned for high growth regionally
The ability to collaborate with an experienced technical team that has emerged as a local authority in quality management systems for smart food production
An opportunity to work in a high intensity environment and enhance growth strategies through product and process innovation
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
MBA or Masters degree is a plus not required
Agricultural and Food Distribution background is a plus
A minimum of 10 years in Sales and Distribution
