A company is now seeking a suitably qualified candidate for the following position:
Executive Secretary/Paralegal

Description
Provides complex and responsible Secretarial, Administrative & Paralegal support to Attorneys.
Be able to draft Affidavits, Conveyancing & Estate documents with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:
Interfacing with Clients
Drafting Legal Documents
Preparing Formal Letters
Managing Attorney’s Diaries
Other Secretarial, Administrative & Paralegal Functions as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Sound knowledge of Court Procedures and Rules;
Excellent Communications skills;
Proficient with MS Word & Excel;
Familiar with Westlaw, Lexis Nexis;
Typing & Dictation;
Problem-solving;
Computation Work independently;
Maintain Confidentiality;
Organize, Prioritize and Multitask;
Learn quickly;
Detail-oriented;
Work well under pressure.

Qualifications
Secretarial and Paralegal training or equivalent qualifications, plus three (3) years minimum experience working in a similar environment.
