Aurec Pty Ltd are searching for an experienced Facilities Manager in NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT.
To be successful in this position you will have experience within the Facilities Management environment with strong experience across Project Management. You must be committed to client satisfaction with a strong customer focus and have outstanding management and
communication skills, both written and verbal.
Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and have demonstrable experience in managing several functions and projects simultaneously will be key. You should be able to negotiate and communicate at multiple levels within an organisation, and have strong management
skills.
Role Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Consistent high levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
CAPEX/OPEX management
Project Management
Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services
Management of all service contracts
Establish effective day to day business relationships with property managers and take a proactive approach to requirements
Monthly client reporting
Contractor management
Financial reporting
Development and modification of operational processes
Out of office maintenance
Essential Skills:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Salary: $65,000- $75,000 plus superannuation
