In order to apply for this, post you will need:
- A teaching qualification at PGCE Level (desired)
- A degree in English and or Maths or equivalent in a related subject
- to give you the confidence to teach English & Maths subject up to and including GCSE level
- Excellent academics across both English and Maths
- Good understanding of Teaching functional skills curriculum for English & Maths
- A minimum of one-year direct teaching experience to young people and adults
- Dynamic, creative, energetic and willing to communicate ideas
- Be flexible to the ever-changing needs of the school and the requirements of the role
