We are currently working with a number of alternative provisions across Falmouth are looking for Psychology graduates or final year students studying courses related to children/people to work on a short term supply and long term basis.
Weare lookingforindividuals whoare comfortable supporting pupils who are currently unable to access mainstream education for a range of reasons from challenging behaviour to mental health.You will need to be passionate about your work, empathetic and hard working. The successful applicant will have a good theoretical understanding of special educational needs. You must also be confident, resilient andholds a genuine desire to help young people toachieve.
