The Pharmacy Council invites applications for the position of:
Human Resource Officer(Part-Time)

Minimum Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related area
At least three years supervisory experience
OR
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related area
At least five (5) years supervisory experience

General Requirements
Ability to motivate and direct staff activity in the interest of the Agency
Knowledge of government policies and procedures
Skill in communicating with external agencies
Ability to compute leave entitlements
Knowledge of performance evaluation systems
Knowledge of manual and computerized filing systems
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate clearly
