Manpower & Maintenance Services Limited is seeking a suitably qualified person to fill the following position:
Marketing and Sales Manager
The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible to develop, lead and coordinate marketing and sales strategies for The Group of Companies to meet set goals and objectives while adhering to standard operating policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the development of marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix utilizing both online and offline channels with a focus on direct marketing and develop regional focused marketing campaigns for sales teams
Maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customers’ requirements and by promoting products and services
Develop, lead and support territory plan, and create relevant and business led marketing strategies to support allocated territories
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards of the company
Plays a lead role in managing the client relations process, to include accurate and effective dissemination of information to clients and ensures that clients are always satisfied with the services and solutions and sustain client retention by resolving outstanding issues

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or another related discipline
3-5 years’ experience working in sales or marketing in the service industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
