A leading HVAC company wishes to contract the services of a:
Marketing Officer
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in growing a company’s marketing capability while creatively leveraging internal resources and third-party agency relationships to support the company’s ambitious growth goals and objectives. Strong leadership skills and a passion for working in smaller organisations where you can make a real difference are a must.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision
Prepare and manage marketing plan and direct its execution
Prepare marketing budget
Help create and promote the overall brand identity of the company and that of its various product lines and brands
Drive the creation and distribution of effective marketing materials and content
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
Plan, direct and organise advertising and promotional campaigns/events
Collect and analyse market research data and recommend adjustments to marketing tactics to improve results
Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in marketing
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written and organisational skills
