Job Overview

Join the DTNA Platform Product Strategy team and help DTNA meet its customer experience goals. As a member of the Platform Product Strategy team, you will have responsibility for customer-focused minor new options (aka New Option Workstream – NOW) and an opportunity to define and implement new product projects, interact with diverse cross-functional teams, make decisions and recommendations based on your market research and support our customers by continuously improving our processes to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

- Primary responsibility for implementation of new product projects for DTNA through the New Option Workstream (NOW) process.

- Work with customers, dealers, Sales, Marketing, CAE, Service, Quality, Engineering and other teams to collect and evaluate requests for new projects intended for US, Canadian and International markets.

- Create project justification, volume assumptions, pricing strategy, business case, project scope, and competitor overview.

- Lead efforts for continuous improvements in the NOW process.

- Define and report to Executive Management on strategic KPIs to drive action within the organization.

- Manage the collection of resource requirements and estimated implementation timeline.

- Communicate directly with customers on project timelines.

- Collect customer sentiment on the NOW process and delivery of requested solution.

- Analyze responses to develop strategies to improve customer sentiment.

- Manage escalation of requests to steering committees and drive projects to decision.

- Work with Segment Strategy to coordinate project pre-series.

- Lead implementation and training of new users to Salesforce tracking tool.

- Provide product technical support and material suggestions for the development of content for dealer announcements, webinars, product promotions and training materials.

- Have a proven ability to analyze and interpret data, discover opportunities for further investigation and develop proposed solutions to business challenges.
