Operations Supervisor(Kingston)

Good knowledge of General Insurance Underwriting
Be able to visit branches weekly
Be able to do staff training and insurance underwriting audits
A minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience
Knowledge of Claims an asset
Be able to create insurance packages for the public

Qualification
Completion of first year ACII an asset
Certificates in Claims, Motor, Liability and Property Insurance
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the general insurance field

Emoluments include salary ($1.8m – $2.4m), profit share on reaching targets, vehicle upkeep, medical, life insurance and uniform
