Packaging Equipment Operator
Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, will safely and efficiently operate packaging equipment including changing/loading packaging, setting up machine, light cleaning of equipment, monitoring and supervising packaging process and staff, and ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal waste in area.

Key Responsibilities are:
Cleaning and care of the Equipment
Loading products on the machine or Packing crates or passing pans
Product changeover and setting of batch coder
Works on all packaging Equipment
Assigned to packaging area only
Identifying and Developing staff to be trained as Machine operator
Reporting on equipment performance

Education and Experience Requirements
The person must possess a Secondary level school leaving certificate
Experience machine/equipment maintenance would be an asset
Possess a valid Food Handlers’ Certificate
Knowledge of basic machinery skills
