Paralegal – Family Law – Hertfordshire Fixed Term Contract for 6 months
£20-22k per annum DOE

A well-established and progressive L500 firm based in Hertfordshire seek a Paralegal to assist fee earners and Partners in their family law department.

The successful applicant will be working closely with fee earners and supporting their caseload, as well as undertaking their own workload within Family Law.

You will be working alongside a hardworking and dedicated team; therefore, it is essential that you are confident, enthusiastic and professional with the ability to build good working relationships internally and externally.

Duties include:

- Preparing bundles of documents as required and in a timely fashion
- Attending court and take notes
- Attending client meetings and take accurate notes and prepare reports for clients
- Advising and assisting clients in the progression of their matter under the supervision of the fee earner
- Undertaking legal research and drafting court documents
- Assisting in the production of bills
- Attending and participating in team meetings
