Teaching Personnel are currently seeking qualified (QTS) EYFS, KS1 & KS2 Teachers to meet the increasing demands of our Maidstone schools. Teaching Personnel currently requires enthusiastic and committed primary teachers. The schools we work with often have short and long term roles available as well as day to day work. Working on supply is ideal for NQT’s, RQT’s and experienced teachers looking for a long term role as well as teachers that want the flexibility of only working on a day to day basis as and when they choose.
Ideally you will have:
• QTS
• Experience teaching
• Be able to supply at least 2 relevant references
• Have a professional and flexible attitude inline with Teaching Personnel policies
• Have high expectations for your pupils
• Value every child as a unique individual
• Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Teaching Personnel are committed to helping NQT’s and will consider those applicants
• Very keen & enthusiastic with a passion for children and able to sustain positive relationships with both children and parents.
• Have a compassionate and caring approach to teaching
