Primary Teacher

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Year 6 Teacher to work in a primary school in Truro. The role is initially for two terms but may go on for longer.

You will be working closely with the class Teaching Assistant (TA) preparing students for their SATS and change into secondary school. By liaising with the other teachers, you will be able to understand the children and their needs quickly and begin preparing for each of them to hit their target. You will teach the core primary subjects and offer additional help if needed.

You would be joining an exceptionally friendly and welcoming team who will offer support and challenge to help you fulfil this role and ensure our school offers good provision to all of the children.

We are looking for a teacher who is knowledgeable about the upper key stage 2 curriculum and is able to motivate and enthuse our children so that they all have the opportunity to reach their potential.
