EYFS, KS1& KS2 Teachers required for Primary Schools across Cornwall in 2020!
Your new company
You will be working as a Primary School Teacher, for Teaching Personnel, who are working closely with schools in Cornwall. Our Primary Teaching opportunities are on a long-term or daily supply cover basis. Due to an increase in demand from schools across the area this academic year we are looking for experienced and newly qualified Primary Teachers to fill these vacancies for the remainder of the academic year.
Your new role
You will undertake short term and last minute teaching work, covering illness, courses, PPA etc, or work on longer term assignments for a term or two. These roles do have the potential to turn into permanent roles if that is what you eventually want.
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and lifestyle. Working for Teaching Personnel will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. As a Primary Supply Teacher you will be able to work in a variety of schools that vary in size, year groups and needs.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Primary Supply Teacher you will need to have recent experience within a classroom setting, either within a mainstream or SEND school. You will need to be an approachable, friendly and patient Teacher who is able to immediately embrace new surroundings and situations, and quickly build rapport with pupils, staff and parents. You will be able to employ a range of effective behaviour management strategies and demonstrate a professional manner at all times. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to pupils and other staff in the school.
