An innovative and dynamic Civil Engineering Consulting and Contracting Firm based in Kingston is seeking to hire a dedicated and intelligent:
Quantity Surveyor

The desired applicant should possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying Master’s Degree and/or professional certification would be an advantage
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in quantity surveying
Knowledgeable, flexible & adaptable to carry out Contracting and Consulting Quantity Surveying functions
Very organised with excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met
A high level of verbal, written communication & negotiating skills
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods & equipment

Key duties of the job include:
Prepare tender and contract documents
Perform risk, value management & cost control
Analyse costing for tenders submitted & prepare tender reports
Value completed work, prepare contractual claims for payments
