Teaching Personnel are working alongside a ‘larger than average’ school, who would like a Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team upon the school re-opening.

They achieve well in most areas of learning and increasing numbers achieve a good level of development at the end of the Reception year.
You will be working across both the Nursery & Reception Phase in and out of the classroom. You will also be promoting learning through play & child led learning, but also utilising / creating Phonics, Reading, Writing and Maths sessions.
The Head Teacher is eager to find an individual with a genuine passion towards Early Years. The perfect candidate/graduate would be hardworking, ambitious, creative and a real team player.
The daily rate for this role will depend on experience and will range from GBP60 – 70 per day.
Requirements
• Have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
• Phonics experience
• Exhibit excellent practice to inspire and motivate children
• Effective organisational skills to meet deadlines
• Good communication and sound interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
• Show a commitment to professional development and reflective practice
• Demonstrate confidence and flexibility
