Guardian General Insurance Jamaica Limited is recruiting an experienced and talented professional to fill the vacancy of:
Regional Sales Associate– Montego Bay Office
The successful candidate will be responsible to forge sustained contact with all stakeholders developing goodwill and productive relations, providing customer service and contributing to the attainment of the company’s sales targets to optimize the company’s market position.

The candidate should have the following competencies and qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or related discipline
Professional Insurance qualification would be a distinct advantage
FSC Salesman License/certification in all classes of business
Formal Sales and Customer Service Training
Proven Sales Techniques and Negotiating Skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
At least three (3) year’s Underwriting experience
