A Leading Distribution Company retailing pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods FMCGs) is seeking to identify qualified and competent individuals for the following position:
Relief Sales Representative (North & South)

Job Summary
The Relief Sales Representative will be responsible for effecting the sales of pharmaceutical items to pharmacies, hospitals and doctor’s offices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Provide relief sales representative function as required
Manages time/activities to achieve the sales and collection targets
Services assigned accounts per pre-scheduled route
Identifies and resolves customer concerns Prepares a variety of reports to include visitation, sales plans, activity, follow-up and adherence to goals
Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate staff.
Follows company policy/procedures on ordering, credit control, goods return and customer collections in the trade
Participates in marketing events put on by the company

Qualification and Job Requirements
A Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or 5 CXC subjects
Minimum three (3) years’ prior sales experience Possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Must display good interpersonal skills
Must have a high level of integrity, and the ability to work on own initiative
Must display good organizational and time management skills
Must be computer literate, with sound knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets (Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint) programs
Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
