A large general practice law firm with multiple offices throughout Kent has a requirement for a Residential Conveyancer to join their firms long established Maidstone office. The firm are looking for a personable and driven lawyer who wants to develop and progress. This role will pick up and handle an active full case-load of work.

Within this role you can expect a large degree of autonomy and you will join a small collegiate office environment, working in a settled and friendly team with an existing set-up and management system. Duties may include:

* freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
* deferred charges and equity releases
* registrations
* transfers of equity
* remortgages
* shared ownership
