Currently looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our friendly and professional team

About the Role

- Overseeing the day to day running of the restaurant
- Ensuring team members are well trained and motivated to be consistently delivering informed, quality dining experiences. The manager should lead by example and be able to perform all the duties of a section waiter, when and if appropriate
- Monitoring operations, follow-up and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Provide strategic input in relation to the creation and implementation of appropriate systems to enhance productivity and efficiency of the restaurant
- Good communication & organisational skill.
- Extensive food knowledge and passion
- Attention to detail
- Resilient and able to perform in fast-paced environment
- Work under pressure
- Have full Australian working rights
- Available to work week nights & weekends

About you

- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Well present & punctual
- Must hold a Diploma and/or 3 years experience

Benefits/Bonuses

- Attractive salary - $55k-65k plus super (Salary covers shifts worked Monday - Saturday; Sunday's are paid extra - if open for private function)
