Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records Montego Bay is currently seeking vibrant, personable and well trained individuals to fill the position of:
Restaurant Manager

At least 3 years’ experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar position with the ability to train and motivate staff
Tertiary education in Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or any other related subject areas
Excellent customer service delivery with well-developed written and oral communication skills
Experience in the front and back of house
Familiarity with restaurant management software NCR Aloha (desired but not essential)
Ability to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and optimum performance of staff and operations
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays as a requirement
Computer literate and competent in word, excel and power point
Valid food handlers permit is required

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, while maintaining high quality levels of productivity and customer service.
