Sales and Marketing Officer (Work From Home)

Job Summary:
TheSales & Marketing Officerwill coordinate sales actions, organizing visits to current and potential clients, promote We Resolve services and products while achieving the sales budget.

Duties/Responsibilities:Prepare the sales plan, coordinating the commercial actions of its functional area;
Prepare the agenda to contact the decision makers of the target market;
Get We Resolve to promote comprehensive maintenance services for hotel facilities or other facilities;
Prepare and accompany sales visits;
Manage the customer database, CRM;
Execute the marketing plan;
Be informed and report on indicators and other measures of the sales department: visit ratios, incidents, etc.;
Build customer loyalty;
Drafting of quotations and contracts.

Requirements:Minimum of an Associate degree in Marketing is preferred;
Minimum of one (1) years of work experience in sales;
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques;
Knowledge and skill in managing offers and monitoring clients;
Negotiation skills;
Analytical capacity.
