Large insurance broker requires the services of a:
Sales Manager – Employee Benefits

They are looking for:
A Sales Executive with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience and a proven track record of stellar performance in the life or general insurance business
A candidate with excellent communications skills including the ability to represent the Company in public Fora
An Executive with experience in the Life Insurance business specializing in employee benefits.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Sales Manager is accountable for delivering the following results:
Recruiting, training and managing a professional staff of Sales Associates.
Organizing the sales staff according to territory and industry; establishing expected sales volume, while providing the mechanism for exploiting identifiable sales potential. Assist in developing an appropriate Sales Promotion and Advertising programme to support their Sales and Marketing objectives.

Compensation for the right person includes a competitive salary, performance based incentives, motor vehicle allowance, health, pension and group life benefits.

The successful candidate should be educated to at least the undergraduate level in a business discipline.
