Sales Support Officer

Sales Support Officer Permanent Full-time role $42,307 – $43,992 (38 hour week) + Superannuation

Thisrole involves;

- Providingcustomers with the highest possible level of pre and post-sales service.
- Having complete knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
- Being responsible for invoicing, telephone operations, product troubleshooting and installation.
- Occasional website and eBay development & maintenance
- Online, phone and shopfront support.

The successful candidate will be;

- Tech-savvy and dynamic, with great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, have advanced interpersonal and telephone skills and well-developed office administration skills.
- Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software
