Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint Key Stage 3 Teacher for a school in South Lincolnshire, near Grantham. If successful, the role can become a permanent position, working directly through the school.
An ideal candidate will have:
-Experience of supporting vulnerable young adults and children
-Excellent behaviour management skills
- A nurturing approach
The school caters for students with Social Emotional Mental Health and other complex needs. It is a small school for excluded students for pupils aged 11 to 16. The majority of the students struggle to engage in the classroom and remain focused. Students needs include Autism, ADHD and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
