SEND School Teaching Assistant – St Austell Teaching Personnel are currently working with a lovely school based inn St Austell and are looking for a SEN specialist to work on a full time, long term role. You will be working 1:1 and in small groups, supporting children from Year 1 – Year 6 with additional needs.
About the role: The needs of the pupils they cater for range from:
• SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental health)
• Behavioural Difficulties
• Severe Learning Difficulties.
We are encouraging applicants with a good understanding of Autism (ASC) and SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs to apply. The experience can be either with either children or adults and additional personal experience will also be considered. We are looking for somebody who is proactive an encouraging and will actively help towards raising pupil attainment.
