A manufacturing company in Kingston seeks to fill the position of:
Senior Accounting Officer

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Financial Statements and other accounting related reports to include disclosure notes for audited financial statements
Prepare weekly Cash flow reports
Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
Ensure accuracy in posting of transactions in accounting software
Prepare monthly Management Reports
Preparation of Payroll
Preparation and filing of the appropriate statutory returns, GCT and other tax obligations

Skills and Qualifications
Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent qualification
Adept in QuickBooks Accounting Software
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Must possess good time management skills in order to meet strict deadlines
Effective oral and written communication skills
Good Leadership and Time Management skills
