Senior Customer Service/Sales Representative

Qualifications
Must have 3 years minimum experience in a senior Customer Service role in the Retail Sales Environment
Team Player with ability to lead effectively
Must be Pleasant and Courteous
Excellent Communication Skills
Must have proper time management skills
Mature, Disciplined and Confidential
A keen eye for detail
Experience in the Hardware retail environment and sound knowledge of hardware and building products will be advantageous
A minimum of 5 CXC subjects
