Senior Programmer Analyst
The Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible to lead the design of the architecture of enterprise applications developed on the Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) as well as collaborating with development teams and clients.

The incumbent will be responsible for:
Analyzing and making recommendations related to organiza­tion-wide software archi­tectural design.
Producing reference models and reference architectures.
Determining new meth­ods and techniques to be used in archi­tectural design.
Designing, developing, testing and maintaining solutions within the JEE platform.
Performing architectural reviews using the Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method (ATAM) method.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a recognized tertiary institution.
Minimum 4 years’ experience creating architecture design for large scale applications.
Strong knowledge of JEE framework.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Proficient understanding of source code versioning tools.
Ability to write clean, readable, and easily maintainable code with documentation.
Possesses Administrative and Industrial Relations skills.
Ability to clearly communicate and translate technical terms and processes to the business stakeholders.

Competencies
Excellent communication skills both written and oral; including leading architectural design-related discussions and articulating and defending decisions.
Experience in the research design processes.
Experience in Agile Software Development
Experience in Object-Oriented design and development.
Experience in Java Enterprise Edition or ASP.NET (C#)
Analytical & problem-solving skills.
Planning and organizing skills.
Highly motivated individual.
