Service Sales Representative
The Service Sales Representative is responsible for the sale of all Maintenance Contracts, and services delivered by the Technical Support Services Unit. The incumbent is also responsible for the management and renewal of all existing maintenance, and lease contract services to customer. The Service Sales Representative must also ensure the delivery of all services, to customers, in accordance with contract obligations.
Responsibilities
Deliver service excellence in keeping with the Massy Technologies’ Service philosophy daily.
Costing of all services provided by the Technical Support Services Unit.
Achieve agreed maintenance gross profit quota.
Ensure each maintenance contract renewal is presented to customers at least two (2) months before renewal date.
Daily prospecting for new business.
Ensure a maintenance contract proposal is made with each new sale.
Ensure that all contracts are prepaid.
Prepare monthly forecast.
Actively convert Time and Material customers to maintenance contract.
Initiates sales process by building relationships.
Introduce services options to customers.
Consult with engineers, Team Leaders, and Technical Consultant to determine best service option for each customer.
Prepare customer proposals.
Close sale by overcoming resistance, conflicts or objections.
Billing all maintenance, and lease revenue.
Maintain current maintenance and lease contract records in e-automate.
Academic/Professional Requirements
Associates or Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
2 Years Sales Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
