Management Control Systems Limited (MC Systems), a leading provider of software development services, seeks to identify a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the position of:

The incumbent will be required to design, code, test, and analyse software programmes and applications. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. The software developer will also analyse and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required.

Key Responsibilities
Assist other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programmes and applications
Consistently write, translate, and code software programmes and applications according to specifications
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards, ensuring that completed work correctly meets requirements, and is in accordance with agreed designs
Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programmes for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging
Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas
Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
Document programme modules and maintain discipline in version control of solutions and relevant documentation of changes. Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
Diagnose and repair software problems or bugs, and assist clients with technical problems and help to resolve those problems
Work in conjunction with other developers on development projects and ensure that your work is compatible with, and does not duplicate the work of others
Complete relevant certifications in alignment with organizational objectives and partnership requirement
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or software engineering
At least two (2) years working experience in related field
Proven experience as a .NET Developer using C# programming language
Familiarity with the banking industry
