The Role

This stand out firm is seeking a Solicitor in Family/Litigation to join them from one of their offices in Cornwall. (Commutable from: Lanivet, Padstow, Bodmin, Liskeard, Tintagel, Altarnun etc).

The firm is known well for its work in Family and Litigation and this role is to handle a casleoad of predominantly matrimonial work, with some added work in litigation.

The Family work (Matrimonial) will be about 50% of your caseload and with 50% being litigation (half PI and half general litigation).

This gives the right candidate an opportunity to handle a broad caseload and keep every day varied, all within a tight-knit team. Although the team is established, it's not difficult to penetrate in terms of culture as it is made up from friendly, warm yet hard working individuals.
