Applicants should:
1. Have 3-4 years
experience as a cook
or be a level 2 trained
Cook with 2 years
cooking experience.
2. Have an educational
level to CXC and
about two years
supervisory
experience would be
desirable.
3. Have the ability to
work as a team
member and be able
to effectively
supervise a Kitchen
staff of 8/10. As this is
a middle level
position we are not
seeking a senior chef.
4. Two
recommendations to
support a high level of
integrity.
In Summary we are
looking for a Level 2
Cook who can
successfully
supervise a kitchen
staff of about 8/10
persons on a two shift
system to include
another supervising
chef.
