A Primary school in Maldon are currently recruiting for a new Teaching Assistant to join the team and make a real difference.

This particular primary school caters for both boys and girls aged between 3-11 years. The school’s focus is to develop well-rounded children who are confident individuals and successful learners. Your role as the teaching assistant is to support the teacher within the classroom by ensuring all pupils understand their learning, feel confident with what they are learning and are trying to answer the questions posed to them. Your role could be to work 1:1 with students who may be struggling or who are behind within their learning. The teacher may need assistance within the classroom to take on small group activities or to support children in certain subjects. You must be able to build positive relationships with both the pupils and the staff to thrive at this school.
