Technical Recruiter- Contract

We are looking for a deadline-focused Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.

To be a successful Technical Recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:Execute comprehensive sourcing plans with the ability to recruit and develop qualified candidates for all levels;
Generate qualified candidates through daily sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and CRM;
Anticipates problems and challenges to resolve issues quickly; Uses methodology and tools with minimal supervision to deliver quality solutions;
Liaise with Experienced Hire Recruiting on the recruitment of qualified candidates;
Utilize knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.

Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive corporate and/or agency recruiting experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environmentfilling technical roles;
Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience;
Strong, reliable home internetand ability towork from home;
Proven organizational skills, especially as they relate to data collection and reporting; following established sourcing plans and compliance procedures; and timely and accurate communication;
Experience in a variety of effective cutting-edge sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing and cold calling;
Prior experience in and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications;
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
